I went bouldering. Sprinted for a couple buses then warmed up properly. Stretched. Climbed for 30 minutes until the skin was falling off my hands. I climbed yesterday too. They were still tender. I did three hanged from a bar until my grip gave out then 20 minutes of HIIT.
May not seem like much but I’m proud of myself considering how depressed I’ve been lately.
Missing two buses on my way to the gym at -20•c was really discouraging. The second driver was kind and waited between stops. Miracles do happen, lol.
