Yesterday’s net carbs were 14. Today’s weight 212 down 2 lbs, FBS still high at 178. Macros good at Carbs - 6%, Fat - 81% & Protein - 13%. Calories, I’m not too concerned with, but my goal is 1338 and I came in at 1034. I also did a 24 hr intermittent fast. I plan on doing a 19 hr fast today.
