Six years ago I was sixty pounds lighter. I lived in Kansas, worked an overnight job that was extremely rigorous. That was after losing a whopping ninety-eight pounds.
I did A six week juicing, then I basically ate nothing but vegetarian.
I moved to New Mexico, was not able to keep with my eating habits, I ate the food that was prepared here and have gained sixty pounds.
Sense, now I cannot afford the juicing. I am though going on the diet that I was on then.
I eat one being rice and cheese burrito smothered in hot sauce, I have one protein shake chocolate flavored of course with a banana and a tablespoon of peanut butter in it. Then on the side I either have steamed roasted or fresh vegetables and then salad of course that’s part of it and then my fruits.
120,2 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0 kg.    Aún para ir: 45,4 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
