In the past I have thought that and at that time I wanted to lose my weight so I could eat more again. This time I am focusing on eating to be full, not hungry or deprived. I am eating satisfing meals and I plan on eating this way for the rest of my life. The first time around I couldn’t maintain the lower weight. It doesn’t matter to me how long it takes. You are doing so well, losing weight and walking. You are seeing beauty and appreciating it. Take care.
