Back on track.....I seem to be maintaining this weight well :(. I went clothes shopping yesterday and looking into the mirrors in the dressing room was shocking. How much back fat???? I have been ignoring it for too long and my apple shape is becoming more prominent. I have 3 month to look fabulous at my daughters wedding. And I will :)
