Weekly weigh in progress#38 BF 36.5% (-4.4 lbs). Finally! I'm still adjusting to the reverse in sleep, but I'm happy I actually lost weight this week. Hopefully done by end of March so I can focus on something else for awhile lol. This month has been extremely difficult energy wise and I can't wait until my next session with Kathy at the end of the month.
