I am a happy girl right now. I was strict with myself with the exception of the remainder of today. I did treat myself with a few things.
I actually weighed late Sunday night --because I work midnights and once I'm up thats the start of my Monday (the 15th).
I just have to get motivated to get on the eliptcial (Troy) and work it out.
Proud of myself and will be right back at it next week.
Yayyyyyyy!! Now I really am officially the lowest I've been in 3 years or so. I've never been successful with program as much as Fat Secret. Thankful to have the support, the food finder and the friends I've made in my journey so far.
I actually bought a new journal to start once this one's done.

Congrats on your motivated weight loss; doesn't it feel great to hit a "lowest" weight?! If you've dusted off throw elliptical (my exercise bike is in the garage & collects all sorts of stuff), maybe trying it for five minutes will spark your desire to do more. I like seeing you happy, with that weight chart going down & the smile growing wider...
I'm at my lowest weight since I was in my 20s, and loving it. I'm going to Zumba Gold today, and if I have it in me, staying for regular Zumba. Yesterday was a lazy day of rest; today is my after-Avonex day which doesn't always go well. I did manage the two Zumbas the last two Mondays, so I'm hopeful.
I'm going to get the laptop set up & write more soon (I hope) .
