Diario de Nanofgoat, 14 feb. 19

This morning was great! FSB was 171, 15 points higher then yesterday, but way lower then the 200’s of the last couple of weeks. I had a weight drop of 3 lbs. This is my third day of beef & butter fasting. No major problems. No hunger, sleeping well, good energy & I love my beef & butter concoction! I could eat it every day! One more day of fasting and I will add back my veggies (what little I get to have - my metabolism is so messed up!). And that brings me to the weekend with a Daytona party!
96,6 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0 kg.    Aún para ir: 19,5 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Learned about this on a YouTube video. I was really stuck both with weight and BS. After 4 days of fasting, I lost 6 lbs. Easy, of course, I love the beef & butter concoction and I just made a pretty simple one. You can get pretty creative with seasonings. Check my journal entry for today for more info. I’ld do again, if needed.
