I just don't understand why I'm not losing the weight. Diet plus exercise & I lose nothing but 8 lbs. in 2 weeks. It's so depressing. My husband is doing the diet too and he gained 2 lbs.
94,3 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 3,2 kg.    Aún para ir: 30,8 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

I agree with HCB! 8 pounds in 2 weeks is AWESOME!! Many, many people here would LOVE to lose that much in that time! You're doing great! Stick with it. I promise you'll see great results! BTW, I looked at your diet calendar and it looks like you could be eating a lot more carbs. You're not even getting close to 20 a day. With me, the closer I get to 20, the more I lose. And be sure you're drinking lots of water to flush out all those fat cells. Looks like you could eat more calories too. If you don't eat enough calories, your body will hang on to what you give it. Wishing you lots of continued success!

This should make you feel better: I only lost 5.8 pounds in the same two weeks that you lost 8!! See! You're beating me! LOL :D
