Still stuck around 200, but smaller in size. I drop to 197-198, then back up to 200. I've been lifting weights more so I think muscle mass is building. diet has been perfect with no cheating at all. Have to go on a long road trip this weekend so I'm sure diet will suffer, with very little workout. Oh well. I feel good & will keep on keeping on!
