I'd like to say that I'm feeling better but I'm not. The pain in my ear went away but then I just stayed at that level of yuck. I know part of this is just my sad but my face hurts and it isn't tooth pain (or lack of tooth pain), it's a sinus infection that just won't go away. I can't walk outside because it hurts more in the cold air and I'm exhausted. I gained weight...not just for a day but for the week. This is officially my worst week since November. Not gonna lie...I'm gonna be pretty rough on myself for a while over this. I need to get back on the wagon but every time I try I just fall harder.

Hot, steamy showers, multiple times a day. Close up the bathroom and really live in the steam. It will loosen everything up and prevent it from collecting in your sinuses.

Do you like music? Sometimes, when I'm down, I crank up the music and dance like a mad woman...in my house, by myself, where no one else can see me. Sweat it out...stomp it out, cry it out, scream (provided you have no close neighbors). Do something to break the pattern. You can and will get through this rough patch. I'm counting on you to take charge of this. You hold the keys to the run away train...put the brakes on it!

Just take it easy and try to make better decisions. meaning monitor n limit snacking, focus whole Foods 🥘 and don’t your calories.
