NEW PROFILE PIC: first official before and after... start weight about 233 at the age of approx 22.. after is my current at 159.6 @ 32...

As of yesterday I hit my stretch goal for the year... I decided to set my ticker for my goal for next year... No more pressure for the moment... I've hit my lowest all time adult weight..

Total weight lost 73.4

9.6 away from my goal for 2013... And achieved my ultimate goal of hitting a Size 8.

Excited to see what I can achieve before the end of 2012... And I'm happy to have an amazing support system.. My FS'ers, my MFP'ers... And absolutely my amazing beautiful fiancé Liz who has also hit her goal for 2012...

72,4 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0,2 kg. Aún para ir: 2,1 kg. Dieta seguida: Bien.

YAY - for you and Liz ! Isn't it great both of you are working on healthy lifestyle goals? I am so very happy for you and I love that you are taking it slowly now - you probably will lose "real" fat and gain muscle at this maintenance stage! Boooahhahaaa for 2013!

Wow, what an inspiration! And I am so happy that you did it so young. I waited until some of those silent health issues that are quiet when you are young decided to wake up in my 50s. The damage was done, and I can only go forward, but I'm so happy for you that you are taking care of it now. You look amazing.
