Guys PLEAZZZZZ help me out, instead of loosing weight im gaining, and no matter how hard i try i just seem to be picking up more and more weight. I cant help the muchies during the day at the office, and i start my too early and work till late for execrcise, and plus my feet are heavy and swollen come end of the day that taking a jog feels so heavy. I lost weight before i fell pregnant, but now it seems sooo stubborn and it seems like keto no longer works for me anymore. According to my pear body type, i should actually not be consuming fats AND carbs....what am i supposed to live on. If any body can give me a meal plan (easy and budget-frienldy) that i can stick to till June and even before maybe, i swear id do them proud. I nomlono longer know what to do....im crying out for HELP!!!!
