I’m so confused. My diet yesterday was great, I did an hour and a half workout, and I somehow managed to put on a lb. That’s super frustrating...
103,0 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 23,9 kg.    Aún para ir: 12,3 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Did you log everything you had. Sometimes we get surprised when we see what it really is. Anyways probably just scale fluctuations. Keep on dieting!!!

What did you eat/exercise on the 9th, keeping calories below Goal? It looks like you gained on the 10th & Body is still dealing with what happened on the 9th.
