Any kind of fruit crumble swimming in *warm* Bird's custard -- a decadent dessert I first tasted when visiting my English pen pal's family in 1978! Birds's is now available in the United States, but Glenda still brings me a small tin whenever she visits. (We've traded visits Across the Pond every three years since 1997. I'm supposed to go to London this year, but her partner is being treated for metastatic cancer, so we're playing it by ear...) 

Double cream........oh that's just the best dessert combo 😍 

Miraculum, ask her for ambrosia custard too. It's lovely. I'm sorry to hear about that too x 

Haha Tracey, love cream with a dessert. I had to make crumble as my apples were getting wasted. I hate waste
