96,3 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 5,7 kg.    Aún para ir: 14,7 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Stick with it. You may have to alter your calorie input a little. It's not unusual to make adjustments from time to time...

Don’t let that ruin your continued progress. Often times in the past this is when I’ve failed. As of now I understand that I’m also gaining muscle and if I have a cheat and gain it is what it is and I just keep eating healthy, which is a lot better then just going down the route of continuing to eat badly / gain weight and live with guilt. Ultimately what I’m saying is you gained some pounds, so what! Keep rocking your progress!
