Not unexpected. I just came back from vacation and didn’t track my food - I just wanted to enjoy my last spring break. It is frustrating how much I gained but I’m hoping it will come off fairly easily as I get back into my routine. I’ve been stuck around this same weight for a while though and with graduation coming up I can’t find time/energy for the consistent exercise that I know I need to keep progressing.
