Sucks!! I need more motivation!
78,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0 kg.    Aún para ir: 15,0 kg.    Dieta seguida: Poco.

its crazy cuz for the past 2 mths my life has been on the go constantly..I get off work and dont go home, I go to my other job our business and help Chad with what I can for like an hour or 2 then get the kids and hurry to cook, by the time I am done its like 8 and I am so tired I dont feel like working out lol..I have to force myself though I know it..but its crazy cuz I am eatting ok..small portions of things and drinking alot of water..no workouts lately maybe thats why I gain 2lbs lol..idk girl..

i wasn't eating enough last week which probably caused the minimal loss at my weigh in.. so this week i'm pushing to eat 1200 a day... so maybe just make sure u are eating enough and even if u squeeze in only 30 minutes ( could be just house work .. something physical) you should be ok!
