I am getting so tired of the fluctuations! I am really not trying though. Not my best.
I know that I am eating late at night and I can't be anymore. I just can't be. I have to eat dinner at a certain time and then stop eating past 8pm. I usually go to bed around 10pm, so stopping at 8pm would work for me. Now, just to stick with it.
I know that I am not perfect, but I am sure as heck gonna try to be better at getting these last 27 pounds off! I don't have far to go, and I have done really well on my diet from February of 2007. I need to realize that I am so very close to my goal. I needn't sabotage it now....
