25 min of HIIT this morning, looking for something for supper but fridge is empty, I think I'll make an omelette. Yes!!! I have Onions, Cheese, Sweet Pepper and Ham! sounds like breakfast more than dinner but you have to work with what you have. 1093 calories before supper, I think it's good going, counting calories has helped me so much to be aware of portions and what I eat, once you have awareness it's difficult to make wrong choices because the habit of registering what you eat, I think, makes you more honest and if you are seeing that you are doing harm to yourself it makes you want to take action and correct it. In my case I am only drinking water, coffee and tea and I am not having cake for dessert when I eat out. I think that was my downfall: sugary drinks and cake.
