Yayyy!!!!! This is so strange, but it rocks!!! I'm not complaining at all... When i stepped on the scale, i expected to see 269 or something (due to the TOTM issue... so naturally i expect bloating and water weight), so seeing 264.6 was most definitely a pleasant surprise. I am rather excited!

120,0 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 11,5 kg. Aún para ir: 47,4 kg. Dieta seguida: Bien.

Perdiendo 2,1 kg a la Semana

Good for you! I am starting my lifestyle change and love to see other peoples progress; it helps me stay focussed. Keep going strong and don't forget to include exercise.

thank you too, robg1b1! Yeah I definitely get exercise in, especially at work. Working is paying of in two ways, financially and health wise! woohoo! These last couple of days I've been feeling lethargic and not so well, but i'll feel better soon! I have work tomorrow, so I better... lol.
