I can see more weight loss, i see instead of fat, I see my ribs... I know that i am making headway and not just water weight gone. So happy... I am obviously exercising more lately with all the yard work and cleaning carpets. I'm excited and have a fresh burst of energy and I can do it....taking longer than expected but i'm good with that. I also dropped milk, went to coconut milk, I do not bloat from it...
