I don't know what has gotten into me. I have fallen so far off the bandwagon. I've never been this heavy. I don't know how to get and stay motivated, it only lasts about a week or so then I go back to bad habbits. I'm very disappointed in myself. How could I let things get this bad. I've been at a weight that I loved and could maintain. But no, I couldn't just continue with the hard work I had to let it all slip though my fingers. Someone my hight can't weigh this much it's ridiculous. I need to find my way back.
