Pretty sure the gain is due to an increase in muscle mass, but still within my ideal weight range. The awesome thing is the cm loss. Total of 12cm lost, with most of it coming around my "problem" areas, which means I'm on the right track. Will reevaluate my workout plan to target more fat loss, as I've been focusing on strength these last few months. I can refeed in peace tomorrow, lol!
