Just downloaded this app and decided to count my calories intake 🤧🤮... wow I didn’t even eat lunch and I’m a lot over.

Welcome to the community... best thing about calorie counting is that you become accountable to yourself, but you also realise that you don't have to deny yourself anything... full control is why I love it. all the best!

Good luck on your journey. What I love about this app is learning how many calories is actually in what I eat. Before I would put it in my mouth without thinking. Looking at the numbers will take getting used to. :) It helps to see the numbers on what you are eating. I know my extra weight is probably all cheese!
