It’s been a tough week.... I struggled to keep under my 1300cal target. I didn’t use the app to track. I just knew that I wasn’t doing well. As a “rule” I already struggle with discipline, this week I had to contend with cravings,since I’m on my periods, as well. Praying to do better in the coming week.
