Lost my way this week..big time!.. Back on the horse and keep on going. This is important to me and I can do it.
Ok..no kicking myself about.
No food diary entries this week.
Moving forward again..............

82,4 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 3,2 kg. Aún para ir: 18,9 kg. Dieta seguida: Poco.
