I've been doing a much better job of paying attention to what I eat, but I still have been choosing bad things. For instance, I had a Pizza Sam's night with Julie on Thursday and then had leftover PS yesterday. So, that's not particularly good for me. Although, when I had it yesterday, I only have half a slice. But, Jeff and I made homemade jalapeno poppers to go with it . . .
I have been running now for 2 weeks. Today was the first running day of week 3! I think I'll sign up for the Capital City River Run 5K in late September to help motivate me. Today I ran 30 minutes straight, which is pretty exciting. On days that I don't run, I have been trying to get other exercise in, like walking or tennis. Yesterday Jeff and I walked 3.2 miles at Lake Lansing. So, I think things are going well. I really hope I can get back down to 180 soon and then keep losing.
