HOLY *@$&-:! I hope everyone is right about the repair mode and water retention. An entire 1.4 pounds!? Yesterday was over 4.5 hours of heavy yardwork and I am more sore than the pickax day.
Ok, what is my non-scale win? I moved... a lot. In addition to the exercise, I did get 13,370 steps in for the day. I went to bed on time and woke up on time. My yard looks great.
What is my intention for the day? Relax and let my body recover, drink a minimum of a liter of water, and maximize my green foods.
Breathe.... exhale. Reality check: I have gained over a pound in the past and it did drop back off in the week. By keeping to the plan, this pattern should repeat.
I've got this and I will continue to lose weight!
