goooooood morning...scales had been in my favor the last few days and was planning on showin it today, but its back up a pound or so...im sure its water and not exercising yesterday ..so hopefully once i get my exercise in today an tomow i can record a loss again in a few days...waking up to another hot humid day again..was suppose to get some rain last night, but looks like it broke up before it got here...a cold front going thru but doesnt look like its got here yet with the temps still up...hope august isnt gonna be as bad as july on the temps, but im sure it is...soooooo...guess i better eat and get up an moving so i can get my morning ride around town done before it gets any warmer...really all i want to do is roll over an go back to sleep...lol...well...guess its time to get this day started..
