In an effort to appease the scale gods, I've been stricken with a plague of fat. A sacrifice is in order.

Yup, the number went up, but in just a week, I've started looking a bit more round than I like. I find myself "sucking it in" a lot this week. Time for a course correction...

Tomorrow will be the last day on a bulking plan. Calories taking a nosedive on Wednesday for the next stage of slimming down.

It was always the plan... just moving it up a couple weeks.

You know yourself so well and what works for you! A cut a few weeks early just means you can bulk again a bit earlier (even though I think you prefer a cut or maintenance more). Considering a cut soon as well. The waist is growing slightly and I feel that I’ve gotten a thicker layer over my abs/lower back. Not a lot mind you, but enough to irritate me. Hubby doesn’t notice, just me. When he decides we can go get our scans then I’ll start cutting a couple weeks before that. Then bulk again after until the next scan. I’ll decide then if I need to continue or keep a cut/bill cycle.
