1st entry, though I’ve been doing this for years. I’ve been off the accountability wagon for the past few months and now I’m on day two of logging the calories. I’ve gone 13 cal and 50 some cal over yesterday and today respectively. Hardest part for me to cut back on is wine and gin! Oh, and salty snacks...
