Just a side note, last night when talking to a friend I said ‘Chris says...’. She interrupted me to ask if Chris was the guy who lost so much weight and all his body fat to get below my weight and is now working on bulking up. Guess I must say ‘Chris says....’ a lot lol.

Lol I had to quit saying ‘Diablo said...’ for awhile. Hubby was giving me the stink eye. Now I ask him first and if he doesn’t know the answer I say I’ll ask you or D if it’s muscle related. I can’t imagine losing 10# in 3 weeks!! I lost 5.5 in 2 weeks at the beginning but some was water I’m sure. Took another 6 weeks to lose another 5.5# lol. Kinda wish I’d lost all my fat first then started weights but I was so sick of 1200 kcal! This 1500/1800 is nice!

Lol. Sorry. I know 1500 is way easier for me than it is for you! I hate to say it, but would it be easier for you if you went to Keto again for this cut? You’d lose those energizing carbs, but perhaps you would fill up on fats instead and be easier to stick to a lower calorie count.
