With all of our medical, financial and housing issues, the stress level is really high and I have definitely been overeating. Although, I'm doing it all with "acceptable foods", but no matter, I still gained 1.5 lbs. and am no where need reaching by 10% goal, let alone my overall goal.

Almost every day I verge on just throwing up my hands and quitting or switching back to Weight Watchers or South Beach, but so far I've managed not to do that. I know it's because I'm not tracking properly. I have "fatsecret" on my iphone, so it shouldn't be so difficult. It's not difficult, it's depression.

Today I started tracking again -- so far it's only been breakfast and I'm going to give it another shot. The best news has been that my last blood test showed blood sugar and my LDL were normal. I'm still on meds for both, but even with overeating a bit, these stats have improved.
Guess I should be grateful for that at least.
