First day back on the wagon... I'm gonna be realistic and say it's gonna be tough. I'm going to jumpstart everything with the 9 day detox from the Fat Smash diet I did successfully a few years ago. I'm going to be so hungry! But I think I planned well and got plenty of fruits and veggies to eat so hopefully that will curb some of the appetite. Here's to sacrificing a little to gain a lot! (of everything except weight, lol!)
