Ate out for 3 meals yesterday because we were in out of town meetings all day. Really surprised I didn't gain. I was super careful with my portion control but the sodium usually gets me.
75,0 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 1,2 kg.    Aún para ir: 9,3 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
