Honestly. I don’t fucking get it.
90,9 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 8,3 kg.    Aún para ir: 12,9 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Averaging about 1100 calories per day. I have had one glass of wine ALL week, mostly exercised, in spite of the rain. And I am GAINING WEIGHT!!!

It happens, last week I gained 3 days in a row, while doing everything right. Then I suddenly had a nice drop. Keep doing what you're doing, it will happen. By the way, 1100 calories per day sounds very low, I'm doing 1400-1500 and losing steadily; you don't want your body to go into starvation mode. Remember, this journey is a marathon, not a sprint. Yeah girl, get your calories up a smidge, at least 1200. And they say wine and alcohol can slow progress...I still drink it too but it definitely slows me down too.

Food scale? Measuring everything 24/7?

Try making the carbs less and add more healthy fats like nuts like plan almonds, walnuts, pecans. Healthy oils like evo, olive oil, butter. Fats I like at 70% or as close as I can get it. Carbs around 10% but I usually as well go over on that abit. Protein even they like under 15% I am getting there also. I am on a 1200 calorie by my doc. I try to stay below it 100 or. I am not an expert at this either just recently started the first of July and have lost 8lbs already.

The carbs are not the problem, and for a HEALTHY long term weight loss calories should be a healthy amount.

My calories are over 50% of carbs and been maintaining my weight loss with NO YOYO-ing and no struggle.
