We made it!
Unfortunately its time to say goodbye to my blue line. Back to the green line and new strategy in my weight loss And now fitness journey.
Intensive exercise will be the order of the month to come and an increase in my calorie consumption. It may make me go backwards for a bit, however what I’ve learnt on this journey is sometimes 2 steps back helps you go ten steps forward.
But first let me have a small celebration binge today.
