My original start day was Oct 25 and I was 220. Then I gained 24 pounds in the next 4 months, till I hit 244 on Feb 19. Now it's been about a month and I've dropped 14 pounds! My prescription diet pills make it so much easier. I'm not hungry all the time and when I eat I'm eating way less. I'm really going to do it right this time.
