Went away for a few days and yes I gained.. as I thought I would.
I am disappointd in myself, but I also prepared for it as well.

Boy, I find that emotional things really affect me. Things are all up in the air and as I'm trying to get things balanced...I'm forgetting about taking care of me. Not even forgetting..just now caring about me as much as I should.

OK once again back on the horse.

Joining another challenge and getting back into the groove!
