I didn’t want to weigh myself but I was feeling defeated so I did. Glad I lost a least a pound. When I was fasting I lost 5 pounds within that week. I started eating small portions again and gained 3 pounds back. I’m still going to the gym. I’ll miss 2 days this week but that’s ok. Maybe my body needed the rest 🤷🏼♀️
