@Mengrey - it's no stress at all. My biggest lesson on this journey has been that weight loss and fat loss are not the same thing. Fluctuations happen for various reasons. This gain I know is because I'm retaining a bit of water because I've been on migraine medication this week. What I know now that I didn't know a year ago, is that a small gain every couple days doesn't mean I've lost all my hard work... It's just part of the process 😘

@Shereen Weightloss vs Fatloss is such a critical difference, that’s so true. Also took me awhile to realize, and when scale goes up I still have to remind myself sometimes not to freak out! And as women, there’re really a lot of reasons why daily fluctuations happen
