Day 3 of Week 3. Since last week, I’ve changed the 16:8 intermittent fasting to a 14:10 fasting-to-eating ratio that is more sustainable for me. Also, I’ve been taking an iron supplement and it’s a game changer for me. No more lightheadedness and fatigue!
