Great news about the loss sticking :) I'm following in your footsteps with the no alcohol thing - it IS tough sometimes, especially when others around you have a drink in hand but I guess it's just one more hurdle to overcome. I'm thinking that, if that is one of the things that is holding back my weight loss, I can give it up for a while. And simply being mindful of its effects on our weight is progress in and of itself.
