Happy October everyone. It's a lovely cool fall morning here in Phoenix. I am headed out to hike with a friend. It's super nice to see 207 on the scale. I haven't seen the 207's since July. At this rate, I'll hit my next goal of below 205 in no time. I did start my juice cleanse yesterday but in the evening I had too much prep cooking to do, which involved tasting, and before you know it I decided I was just too hungry not to eat something. I made some jacket potatoes and salad. Both were delish. Have a lovely day.
