Diario de suechru, 20 ago. 10

Forgot about the day after drinking pound or so increase. Without fail, I am always up a pound after drinking. Doesn't seem to matter that I had a ton of water when I came home either.

Sigh. Really hoping this is water and that I didn't completely misjudge last night.

It happens to me too!!! damn!! I HATE it!!! but of course, that's what it is!!! there is NO WAY you went over by 3500 calories to gain a pound!! Your graph looks great!!!!

I'm usually down a pound after drinking. Dehydration I think! But everyone reacts differently to these things. You definitely didn't gain a pound of fat, as Amy says. Keep on chugging (but not liquor, lol!)

I think I get paranoid when there's no nutrition info and I have to guess, so many things that sound healthy out really aren't (ie 1000 calorie salads). I'm trying to figure out how active I am during the days I work (am actually wearing my pedometer) and try to figure out how many calories I should be at. I'm thinking 1600 should be okay but that's mostly a guess
