my fat secret app is not working right. if I tap on the head the whole app shuts down. I keep wondering if I load on a new app am I going to lose all my data from this old app? has anyone else had this problem? If so what did you do about it?

The app has been crashing on me a lot ("unexpected error" message). I uninstalled the app from my phone and reinstalled it. When I logged back in on the reinstalled app, with my name snd password, my data was still there.

I had to delete it from my phone and iPad, and then reinstall. Works fine now. 👍

We just uninstalled the app and my husband reinstalled it and then I filled out the info and then opened it up ... Wallah it works!

I was last week, but it was because my iPhone was going through an update.
