Q. How did you add those extra Meal times - Second Breakfast, etc., to your Diet Calendar? Mine has only 4, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks.

😃 285!? Damn!! The lat pull machine was one of the first machines I used and I remember being so proud when I went from 30 to 40# less than 6 months ago :D lol

Whole body training three times a week !!! Obviously a slowly aging person with a very strong heart and extremely fast recovery times. I was never like that. Not even at my best, when i was 18.
