It could be the extreme hot weather that can cause water retention. 

Where I am it’s been above 32 for 2 weeks and today is 34 degrees Celsius. It can cause unexplained weight gain. Any swelling? 

Where u from pascoal? Here by us in limpopo also been extremely hot 40degrees some days 

I’m from Durban but currently living in Vanderbijlpark. I will consider anything above 35 extreme hot weather🥵  

Nah, just me being an ass. Eating like a cowboy without regard for the end goal. Went to my girls first movie with her and dad ended up with the biggest popcorn and slush puppy. All went down hill from there as the gloves came off. 

Mike just get a new bus...new start..you can do it...! It's ok to have bad days..been there done that! gain 3kg's in a week..luckily I'm on my way getting rid off that.. 

@Mike, you know what to do. No need to tell you. You have been doing great. Just remember why you are doing this health journey. For yourself. And for your family💙 btw I also need a kick up the butt. My food choices these days have been bad. But I’ve been keeping within my calorie count but it doesn’t matter. Sugar just signals my body to store everything I eat. Time to make the right food choices! Let’s do this! 

fortunately you can put wheels back on and then the wheels of the bus can go round and round again 😉besides... memories with daughter and popcorn and slushies sound totally awesome and worth it 😘 

@shereen, you just know it was worth it. #livelife Yeah peeps, i know what to do, and tomorrow is another day. Today is halloween at riversand with trick or treat so think the scales gonna go the wrong way, but Monday we back on the bus. 

I can relate. Stuffed myself with so much junk the past couple of weeks. At least we know how to get the wheels stuck on again - and ride the darn bus.😉
