Today I did it 20 pounds on the meal plan , it so rewarding , not gaining weight but losing weight is my new normal . I have been on the plan 30 days no shots no hair samples no DNA , just following the plan , chosing fueling over eating and grazing. Removing emotion and eating for comfort , eating for nutrition , amen thank you JESUS
